Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER BOOKING Payment is due at the time of booking. Participant's booking will not be finalized or held without payment received. The $75.00 per person payment is considered a deposit and will cover all fees associated with the event. There will be no further payment required. Participants who wish to ride must NOT weigh greater than 200 pounds. This weight is our horses' maximum carrying capacity. They are not physically capable of carrying riders that exceed this weight. Participants over 200 pounds will not be eligible to ride. Signing our release of liability is required and will need to be done upon arrival and before participation in any activities. NO EXCEPTIONS. Helmets are required for any riding for both children and adult participants. Refusal to wear a helmet will not be grounds for a refund.
